How would you spend your first ever day in Europe?
This was a dilemma facing talented Canadian photographer Taylor Burk, as he jetted into Split for an assignment.
The lure of Hvar and the calling of Tomic wines seemed to persuade him, and Bastijana was delighted to play its role in what seemed the perfect day - seaplane to Jelsa, wine tasting at Tomic, a tour of Hvar Town, beach time on the Pakleni Islands, and back to Jelsa for a rather unusual dinner.
